Yes! If you experience that Lildog is not working as it should, you can try holding down the button on the device for 5 seconds, let go and do the same thing one more time.


The location of your Lildog is updated every 70 seconds when it is outdoors and in motion. When at rest, it will not update position until it moves outdoors again. If you have live tracking activated, it will update position every 10 seconds. 

The battery will last for about 5 days with normal use of Lildog. Battery life depends on whether you use it a lot or not. If you often walk the dog and use Lildog, it will send more position updates and will therefore use more battery. If you use livetracking, the battery will drain faster. If the dog is usually at home, the battery will last longer.

It can not be turned off directly. When your Lildog is not moving it will go into sleepmode.

If you hold down the button on your Lildog and a blue light appears, this means that your Lildog is in "bluetooth pairing" mode. If you press the button and there is a green flash, this is a confirmation that your Lildog is turned on.

If you double-click the button, Lildog will light up constantly blue. You double-click to turn off the light.

To charge lildog to 100%, it must charge for 2 hours. When fully charged, it will make a small sound and light green.

You can share your account (email address and password) with your family. There is currently no limit on how many people can be logged in to the same user.

There is no minimum contract duration for the subscription, and you can cancel it at any time to prevent it from renewing after the current period you've paid for. You can purchase a new subscription again whenever you wish.

When you receive your Lildog after purchasing it, you need to activate it in the app. Once you've registered in the app and added your dog, you will be prompted to activate the Lildog. To activate it, enter your card information and then select the type of subscription you want, along with the duration you wish to order. The subscription can be cancelled at any time until the last day of the current period.
